Our signature decaf is a blend of small-holder farmers from western Colombia.
This decaf is special for a few reasons. Most notably, it utilizes a solution made from fermented molasses derived from natural cane sugar which draws the caffeine molecules out of the coffee seed. This natural method allows much of the flavor of the coffee seed to remain intact through the process. 

Toasted cashew, panela sugar and cinnamon stick come to the surface through a structured body and lengthy, dried apricot finish. An elegant coffee with real versatility.
