Gracia is the newest project of chef Chester Gerl, formerly of Seattle's Matt's in the Market as well as New York's Hundred Acres, Five Points, and Rosie's. As the chef and owner of Gracia, Chester has brought the cuisine of central and southern Mexico to Ballard with a focus on heritage ingredients which includes milling his own corn flour from rare heirloom varietals. We have worked hard with our import team to find a series of Mexican coffee growers who are as driven by process and quality in order to offer a coffee menu that best compliments Chester's chef-driven, heartfelt dishes. Look for our coffee by the cup or as cold brew any time of the year.
